Merchandise Sales
All sales of FIU SCUBA Club merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, hats, etc.) are final. We do not offer revisions, exchanges, or refunds for merchandise purchases. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.
​By placing an order with the FIU SCUBA Club, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Refund Policy, including the non-refundable nature of merchandise purchases, and agree to its terms.
Dive Trips
Payments for dive trips and other activities organized by the FIU SCUBA Club are collected on-site at Diver's Paradise. As these payments are handled directly by Diver's Paradise, the FIU SCUBA Club does not manage the refund process for these activities. Any refund requests related to dive trips or activities should be directed to Diver's Paradise, and are subject to their refund policies. The FIU SCUBA Club is not responsible or liable for refunds related to payments made to Diver's Paradise.
Other Events and Activities
For other events and activities not covered above, the refund policy will be clearly stated in the event's description or registration materials. If no specific refund policy is stated, please contact us prior to registering or making payment to inquire about refund availability.
