Order Processing
This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures for the delivery and collection of items purchased from the Florida International University SCUBA Club. Since we operate as a student club, we do not offer traditional shipping methods. Instead, we facilitate the delivery of purchased items to members for collection at designated club events. All merchandise sales are final. Payments for merchandise are non-refundable. After you place an order and your payment is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your purchase. We will then prepare your order for delivery to the designated collection point.
Delivery Method and Collection
We do not ship items via mail or courier. Instead, we will transport purchased items to a specified FIU SCUBA Club event location (e.g., meeting, dive trip, social gathering). The specific date, time, and location of the collection point will be communicated to you via email or other club communication channels (e.g., club website, social media,).
You are responsible for collecting your purchased items at the designated event location during the specified time frame. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) as proof of purchase. We will provide a specific timeframe for item collection at the designated event. It is your responsibility to collect your items during this time. If you fail to collect your items within the specified timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
You have up to 21 days from delivery to pick up your item, unless otherwise communicated by our team. Failure will result in a loss of property and it will be used to FIU SCUBA Club's discretion. No refund will be awarded.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our operations and the fact that all sales are final, order changes and cancellations are generally not accepted once payment has been processed. Please double-check your order carefully before submitting it.
By placing an order with the FIU SCUBA Club, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Shipping Policy, including the non-refundable nature of merchandise purchases, and agree to its terms.
